Hi! My name is Yongyi Zhao (赵永一). I am a Computer Vision Engineer at Metalenz. I obtained my PhD and MS from Rice University in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and my BS in ECE from Carnegie Mellon University. During my PhD, I was supported by a fellowship from the National Library of Medicine (NLM). In my research, I apply convex optimization and data-driven methods to problems in computational imaging. I am particularly interested in polarimetric imaging, end-to-end learning for optical design, and neural inverse rendering. Additional information about me is available in the links below. You can also send me an email at: yongyizhao 'at' gmail 'dot' com.
